Visa requirements

The CreteLing Organizing Committee recommends that all participants who do not hold an EU, UK, Swiss, USA, or Canadian passport check HERE to find out whether they need a visa and further verify their visa requirements with the Greek Embassy in their home country. Obtaining the required visa is necessary for traveling to Greece and for lawful participation in the summer school; participants are responsible for obtaining a valid visa themselves. Whoever needs to apply for a visa will also need a letter of invitation from the CreteLing summer school.

Liability Form

Please print out the Release-of-liability form, sign it, and bring it with you to the onsite registration.

This is obligatory for all participants.

Klapsinakis bookstore and copying center offers 20% discount to all CreteLing participants by showing your CreteLing badge.
There is a wonderful tavern (Christo's Taverna) in the village of Gallos which is a 15 minute walk from campus (though uphill). They also deliver. They offer a 10% discount to all CreteLing participants.
