The CreteLing Organizing Committee recommends that all participants who do not hold an EU, UK, Swiss, USA, or Canadian passport check
to find out whether they need a visa and further verify their visa requirements with the Greek Embassy in their home country. Obtaining the required visa is necessary for travelling to Greece and for lawful participation in the summer school; participants are responsible for obtaining a valid visa themselves. Whoever needs to apply for a visa will also need a letter of invitation from the CreteLing summer school.

Code of conduct
As we will be an international community, we would like to emphasize here the following part of the dorm agreement, as it pertains to the school at large as well:
"Residents are requested and expected to conduct themselves respectfully, as befits the academic community and scientific gatherings with participants from many different cultures. No discrimination or offensive behavior on the basis of race, religion, gender or sexual orientation is tolerated"
Please print out the
